Reseller Requirements:

  • You must have either a Webmaster or Webmaster Plus account. This account is not included in your resellers. It is an account that we require in order to properly manage your reseller accounts.
  • Minimum of 5 domains. We allow you a 30 day period to sign up 5 domains. If after 30 days you do not have five domains then your domains will be charged at our regular prices.
  • You must utilize our hosting plans when adding new accounts. These plans range in size from 10mb disck space/1GB bandwidth up to 300mb diskspace/10GB bandwidth.

Customer Support

Our technical support staff will handle all of your customer requests. This feature is designed for those resellers who prefer to have us perform their customer support for them. We understand how difficult it is to perform 24/7 support without hiring a small staff of technicians. This system frees up your time to devote to other important issues such as marketing, web devolopement and maintenance, or just take time off away from your business without worrying about customer issues.

We will furnish you with a support form that will send a ticket with your request to our support technicans. If you like, you can furnish your clients with this same form as well, but remember that all inquires will be answered by ehost4u techs. Customers contact the support team and are serviced by our tech support staff only via the ticket system. This way, all replies are tracked, monitored and archived. In effect, for your customers, Support Service is equivalent to an In-House Team.
